This programme will provide students with the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to progress on to our T Level pathway in Education and Childcare.
Students will develop skills for work readiness, access work related activity and gain an insight and core skills which relate directly to the Education and Childcare sector.
Students will complete employer set projects that link directly to industry and support each student to meet the national technical outcomes for their chosen occupation.
Students will benefit from links to our employer partners and gain an in depth understanding of the various job roles that are accessible to them upon completion of this pathway.
